I have the Samsung Galaxy S2 from Virgin Mobile, and it is not using 3G when I have no 4G signal... where can I go to fix this? (I am a noob when it comes to Android... been an Apple user up until recently).

Go to the market and download hidden menus.Testing,Phone info,and change your prls keeping the following in mind.GSM is 2G,CDMA is 3G,and LTE is 4G
