3G-only version with no sim card?

Is there a 3G-only version of the S3 that does not require a sim card? PagePlus Cellular lists this as a 3G phone that's eligible for their pay-as-you-go plans, but I haven't been able to determine which model it might be. They sell a refurb on their site for $280, which seems awfully expensive. Thanks! ...Steve
