3G problem

I have new Star N9589 CPU MTK6589 Quad Core Android 4.2.1 with dual sim. 2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz 3G: WCDMA 850/2100MHz

My problem is my Star only runs in Edge/GSM mode and I can

Who is your service provider? Have you contacted their tech support?

Sorry for the false alarm. A factory reset solve my issue now always in 3G/H mode. After resetting, my phone is more responsive.
