This S3 (9300) is unrooted and flashed to PagePlus, which is on the Verizon network. I've installed Apex as a launcher. There's no SIM (so no 4G/LTE). It works well in every respect - EXCEPT:
It doesn't automatically use 3G in the absence of WiFi, and even when 3G is working it's quite slow.
I can find no switch/control combination to rectify the problem.
