3g video call

hi.
i have motorola fire xt android 2.3 handset with front camera. my 3g data plan also activate. but when i go for video call,this option is not available. any body suggest and guide me how to use video call option.

Among Androids, I happen to find only Samsung phones have the feature out of the box without using an app. You may want to try skype.
