Help 3g wifi connection issues / nexus s

... hi , so i just bought my nexus s and i'm already having a wifi
connection issues with the 3g connection
the 3G doesn't seems to be great like the 2g
after a second or 2,the signal is going off
i just can't get WiFi signal from my router
then i looked up 4 solution and it seems that im not the only 1 who is having this problem , then i found some one advicing 2 go 2 setting and switch from 3g to 2g , and it really works
so now i'm using the 2g instead of 3g and it doesn't sound good , we all know that 3g is better and faster than 2g , and i'm very disappointed , i also noticed that it's not Samson's nor google's fault well than is it t-mobile's?? , i called them and they were like " oh sorry i can't do anything 4 you , u could call the samsung ,,< bla bla bla "
i'm confuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuused

and 1 more thing , when using 2g sometime while watching videos on you tube from the browser , it says , "video cannot be played '"
why what it say that its not a long video it just 6 min

Not sure why you're having 3G issues but it could be an area thing. Or your place of residence.
If you have wifi why doesn't it work?
If you're using 2G on youtube it doesn't matter if the vid is 6min or 3 you will have serious latency issues.
Have you called your carrier about this problem?

Also does your phone works on 3G when you're away from home?
