Now my phone has 3g and 4g 1x when I have power have control plus 1x y3g in on the power control is off 3y 4g

sorry, kind of hard to understand you but i will take a shot. if you are trying to use Anycut or something similar to disable 4g, you will still get 1xrtt or 3g.
