Accessories 3rd Party Back Cover?

Well, we're speculating about everything else, might as well throw the Incredible's back cover into the discussion.

It isn't a dealbreaker but I don't like its toyish look. I know there are many who insist function overshadows form, and I mostly agree. I just happen to prefer the understated, elegant look of phones like the Eris or the Nexus One.

So, that said, anyone have any info on redesigned/smoothed backplates or cases for the Incredible? Or, what would you like to see in a backplate?

You should wait for the phone to at least come out before you start looking for aftermarket parts. There may be some at some point, but it make your phone appear thicker and it will either have hallow space on the inside or be filled adding weight to your phone. Personally I like the back, it makes it unique. On top of that, you never really see the back; I care about the guts and the screen
