Help 3X4 Keyboard

I use the 3X4 Keyboard with T9. When I am texting it works perfect. When I go into the Play Store or Dolphin its using the 3x4 keyboard but using ABC. I came from Incredible 2 and I was able to toggle in between ABC and T9. Is there any way to do this on the Galaxy?

Google HTC_IME mod for ics. Should be on the xda forums somewhere. I'm using it on my touchpad and hopefully it'll work on my s3 when it arrives.
