Help 4.0.4 ics problem

hey guys after upgrade to 4.0.3 all my music file is gone.,although when i check it in disk drive mode the music file is still inside.. i am using a macbook so i can't use a htc sync? any helps?
 
I had this issue, but after a full (factory) reset it was back. Don't like the new app though...to small to quickly change tracks on the move...
 
Hi, After Android update, I had same problem, sorry if question is thick, but what does a full reset mean??? How do I do that?

It means factory resett. You do it by hitting settings and storage, then scroll down and there you will find factory resett. It deletes everything on your phone(not the memo stick)and resett everything back to when it was new. Some people inn here also use the words soft resett, that means turning your phone completely off and taking out the battery for like 15 sec before putting it back inn and start up the phone again. :)
