4.0 upgrade not working

Charging has nothing to do with upgrading. Are you sure the charger is working? That it's plugged into a powered outlet (or, if you're charging via USB, that you have sufficient current available through your USB ports)? That the cable is good? That the charging port in the phone isn't loose or broken?
Hi LizaJane1. I'm sorry you are having problems since your upgrade. You will likely be best served by asking for help or at least reading what others have said in the Exhilarate area.
