4.1.2 ---> wifi/blueT/etc etc

Hi guys,

I just loaded 4.1.2 yesterday .... i am now missing those quick on/off wifi. bluetooth, gps and airplane buttons i had on my HOME page.

Is their a different quick on off now (other than settings) ?

swipe to the left. if you don't see them, likely another app is causing the issue. are you using the stock launcher?

Found it .... to answer my own question:

It was a widget .... which i never really thought about .... so i found it(a newer look) there.

However i notice that i don't see a little wifi symbol up on the top edge with the small battery,time, BT, sig strength symbols when ON .... anyone else see a difference there?

only shows when connected to the router. will be grey. will turn blue when you're connected to the router AND have data.

Ya it looked like a small fan , right? I don see that now (grey or blue).

Same thing with the little GPS sat dish symbol .... nowhere to be found.

You'll only see the WiFi icon if you're connected to a WiFi source. Just having WiFi on won't show anything.

The GPS icon isn't static. When your phone is using GPS location, you'll see an icon in the left area (the notification area).
