For everyone that did received the update what is the model of your tablet, mine reads AT300. I know they stated the roll out will be in stages between AT300 and AT305
I have Verizon 3G internet at my house so it took forever to download, but took only around 10 minutes to install and finalize everything.

Hey atleast you have it..long awaited update I'm still waiting on mine. I'm curious when you went to the toshiba service station what model # is listed

I finally completed the update, could have been done a lot sooner but I was out with the wifey and the kids. I noticed a few changes but I thought we would have the new keyboard with the swype like features.

Got JB 4.1.1 last night on. Took about 10 minutes or so.
It has always been a habit of mine to do a factory reset after every major update. So this morning I did a reset, installed apps, etc. Tab was fine all day. Before leaving for home this PM, I powered off the tab. Powered it up when I got home...now it gets interesting:
Powered up the tab.
Slid the lock to unlock the tab...it froze.
Ok, so I waited...it then proceeded to restart by itself.
Now it just restarts by itself...and would freeze and repeat...
Is there a way to factory reset this sucker via other means since I am not able to do anything on the tab?

I think it is the volume plus power, but google Excite 10 hard reset to be sure.

Cool, sometimes it is hard to keep all these tablets straight in my head.
