Here's the 4.2 alarm app.. It's got a nice new ui and some pretty cool looking and user friendly features and options.. Backup or uninstall the desk clock from system /app push this in it's place change permissions rw-r-r yadayadayadaya..... Clear data from clock app under system /apps/all reboot.. And wake the f up in the morning!!

If on stock just move it into the system and change permissions but you'll have two alarms so you can rename LGAlarm.apk to .bak

Actually on stock it will install but won't open.. Sorry looks like this is only for cm10..

That sucks. I've used Alarm clock extreme for two years. It can play a music playlist for the alarm
