4.2 update isn't running

I try to update my TF700 asus tablet from 4.0 to 4.2 android version through settings-> system firmware update. I click "check update" but then system always posts message about internet connection problem or that server is busy.
I definitely don't have problem with connection as other services and surfing works nice .
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

There may be no ASUS 4.2 update for that tablet. Not every device gets updates for all versions of Android.
