Help 4.2 update issue

I have an unlocked and rooted Nexus 7. When I tried to install the 4.2 update the Team Win bootloader opened. This did not happen with the previous update. The system says it is running 4.1 and no updates are available.

I tried to manually install the update following these instructions Android 4.2 (Build JOP40C) Rolling Out To The Nexus 7 Now – Manual Download Link Available but I still get the Team Win bootloader and don't know how to work around it. How do I get the update installed easily?

Try downloading this pre-rooted stock 4.2 ROM.

Install using TWRP. I was on Clean ROM and couldn't get any of the factory images to install, but Scott's pre-rooted, semi-deodexed installed just fine.
