4.3 patch coming??

Got 4.3 update for Samsung galaxy s3 last week... Experience several issues...
Black screen, lock screen widget issues when i go to get text messages. Camera light comes on when i receive email. I like getting updatea to keep up with the now but this sucks and i k ow its not just my phone!!! Are they going to fix it?, when? How?? I am with a att..

It should be coming soon....

The camera light was annoying me too, just found the fix in another thread on here. Go to Settings>My Device>Accessibility. Flash notification will already be unchecked, check it then uncheck it then reboot (just to be sure). That fixed it for me too
