4.3 update bugs

MX Player is sorted. Works fine now on 4.3

skype seems to crash every so often when I click the message notification, dont know if its a 4.3 bug or a skype bug.

In most cases problems will not be a bug, simply the app devs have to catch up and update their app for the new Android version.

This is the downside of the Nexus program, early Android release always equals people complaining of certain apps not working.

This is more likely a (temporary) app compatibility issue, but it didn't start until the 4.3 update:
When playing "Words with Friends," if you switch away (not close) and then return to the game, the app screen flashes. Touching the screen stops it.

Bugs I have:

1. Words With Friends now flickers occasionally until you touch the screen. Also goes to a black screen now and then.
2. K9 mail crashes about 1 in 10 times on a close (never crashed before).
3. Dish Anywhere doesn't work on High Quality mode (does on Standard). Worked fine before.
4. Get a persistent notification on Noozxoide, that you can get rid of by unchecking notifications, then it appears again and you have to check and uncheck notifications again. At least once a day.

Found nothing in 4.3 that changed anything that I use. May go back until there's a 4.3 update, unless other apps beat Google to it.

TV Catch-up has stopped working properly. It drops out a lot. They are aware and are working on a fix. I logged a support call with them
The workaround is to side-load Flash and then use their website with Firefox

Have an older n7,was always good and fast.installed 4:3 update..instant slowdown,answer: carry out factory reset,and all is well again,in fact better than ever! Happy ever after

I recently had the Version 4.3 update to my Nexus 7 (Original Version) and since then it seems very slow to boot up and when I log in with my password the virtual keyboard seems to change between numeric and script by itself.

The problem only seems to be at login and seems to require a waiting period between switching to numerical/script on the keyboard. The keyboard seems to work OK once the Nexus is in use.

Does anyone else have this problem since updating to Android Version 4.3?

HOOO BOY where to start

I guess yahoo mail is not liked by google - the mobile version just got better and now the keyboard has become wonky - the letters I type get scrambled and the cursor does weird things and ends up in the wrong place including not where I click in a paragraph but 1 letter in at the top of the edit window. It still gets confused when you delete(backspace) to change a mistake if you just moved the cursor like it has been since I got the N7. It has recently been really slow entering what I types or spoke but usually catches up after 20 seconds or so if I wait that long. I have to type this on my ASUS TF700 tablet 10" because the N7 would go crazy or I would trying to type this much text.

I have tried uninstalling a couple of Apps that were installed after the update to 4.3 just in case it was these that were causing the problem but it made no difference.
