The 4.3 update for AT&T's GS3 is rumored to roll out today. Has anyone seen it yet?

I thought the rumored date was the 16th? That's what the "leaked document" from a couple of weeks ago said anyway. Can't find it anymore though.

On my S4 the 4.3 has started rolling out, I337 and living in FL. Updating from MF3. Not sure if S3 will get it but you might want to check now for it if anything

According to leaked Best Buy information, the update was scheduled for 11/13: Galaxy Gear support coming to Samsung phones amid concern over 30% return rate | Android | Geek.com

But it sounds like the update has caused some problems and has been paused: Galaxy S3 Android 4.3 update pulled, Note 2 delayed
