Help 4.3 update question

I have a galaxy S3 on Sprint. It's rooted with Oden 3.4 and is running the original 4.1.2 rom that the phone shipped with. When this 4.3 update rolls out will I be able to install it without going through extra steps? One more question I have installed GL to SD to move some apps to the XD card. I know this new update will allow that. Will I need to delete these apps ten re-install after the update?

I think as long as you didnt install a custom recovery (twrp/cwm) or uninstall any system apps then youll get the official update. Dont worry if you dont though. Youll lose root btw which could be a pita.
Id wait for/use a rooted custom version if i was you tbh

I agree with funky. I'm also on 4.1.2 and rooted. The best thing about being rooted is bring ahead of the waiting game on updates. The best bet is to flash a 4.3 ROM.

And if you want a suggestion of what ROM to flash I would suggest Cyanogenmod. Their ROMs are updated nightly, very smooth and they will soon have 4.4 KitKat ROMs :) I'm running 4.3.1 as of tonight and I love it. When you're up to date on a custom ROM you won't have to worry about those pesky Sprint pop ups asking you to update your device when 4.3 is actually ready for your phone
