I have installed the Kit Kit Google Experience Launcher on my SGS3. Lock screen delay reduced incredibly, Music Player doesn't stutter , lag in general reduced especially Gallery lag. Battery drain still bad though unfortunately. Try it. Search for Kit Kit Launcher for Sgs3 on Google for instructions on how to download. Good luck.
