Help 4.3 Update

I just updated my phone to 4.3 last night everything has been working fine but has anyone figured out when you unplug your phone how to get rid of that alert saying "for protection against water damage seal the charging cover before use" instead of having to tap on it every time, or is there something under settings to do it ? it's becoming very annoying already. Would appreciate some help.

That is going to suck since my cover is already broke off.
However I understand it was for dust not for water protection.
