Help 4.4.2 Issues

"unable to complete download. Not enough memory"

So, I have already tried a hard reset and this problem continues to persist.
I can download smaller .pdfs, but can't download anything bigger. Available space on internal memory says 11.11 gb, yet I can't download anything bigger than 6 mb. This occurred after the firmware update. I do have an external sd card that is empty, but the update to 4.4.2 rendered it useless as I can't save anything to it now. Barely any apps installed. Thank you for the help.

Thank you for the reply. I actually looked at that thread before and it was not helpful in solving the problem I had. I have tried with multiple browsers to download files, but continue to get the same error and yes, the download directory is set to go to the internal memory. I'm puzzled as to why even after the hard reset I don't have enough memory. This problem only happened after updating to 4.4.2.

I didn't know there was at 4.4.2 mine still says 4.3 is the latest? Confused.

Only Sprint (and their MVNOs) have started to push the 4.4.2 update as far as I know.
