4.4.2 update

Looking at your post history, it would appear that you have a Galaxy S2. 4.0.4 is about 22 months old as far as android revisions go, but 4.0.4 is likely the latest official software for you device. You would either have to wait (though unlikely) for Samsung to update your device officially to 4.4.X or be willing to flash a stock android type rom like Cyanogenmod to get 4.4.X.

Sorry didn't see what phone u were talking about. I just assumed it was Samsung s2 cause that was the forum I tapped on.

Well, just had my first hard crash. May have been due to falcon pro but the thing just froze, I hit the power button and nothing. Needed to press and hold power + up for a few to get it back up.

Camera seems better now, however.

Sorry, I had just missed the ART part of your post initially. I'm using the Dalvik runtime and MX Player still doesn't work with 4.4.2. Ever since I got the update (yesterday) I just get a message saying it's not compatible when I try to run MX Player.

MxPlayer updated today with 4.4.1 & 4.4.2 support and it does work with art enabled.

I thought the camera was better at first and in some cases it does take quicker pictures.

However, in mid light conditions it manages to take pictures which are completely out of focus. It is definitely still not great.

Yeah I've found that as well. Shame.

I have found that the volume of the speaker is much louder, while playing music. I can now hear it while the phone is in my pocket and I am doing work around the house.
