The OTA installed from Clockwork OK. Rebooted with preserve root (CWM option). Root was preserved, and SuperSU showed all of the privileged apps. However Clockwork was replaced by the stock recovery. I have ROM Manager on this tab, so I simply re-flashed ClockWorkMod Touch (I paid) using the ROM Manager feature, and VOILA! I'm back in business.
