does anybody have a 16gb wifi only model that has gotten it?
The storage size doesn't matter, but the OTA for both the wifi and the LTE model have been started. If you want to download and install manually, that is an option if you don't want to wait.
How long does it generally take to bet to all devices?
I got mine an hour ago.
The upgrade to 4.4 broke my GPS completely. I did a factory reset to go back to 4.3 and then overnight it automatically updated to 4.4 again. After that the GPS works again.Anyone know if the broken GPS issue has been fixed. My GPS broke (would not get a lock and was seeing far fewer satellites - only about 5) after upgrading from 4.3 to 4.4. I went back to 4.3 (JSS15R) and the GPS went back to working just fine (now sees from 18 to 20 satellites).

My earlier upgrade to 4.4 was several weeks ago (11/24 or 11/25). That is why I have resisted going to 4.4.1 or the just released 4.4.2. Was your upgrade that broke the GPS to the original 4.4 or was it more recently to 4.4.1 or 4.4.2?
It was to the original 4.4. The overnight automatic upgrade was also to the original 4.4, but this time it did not break my GPS.
My N7 got the 4.4.2 sometime today.... should I install it?

So a factory reset takes you back to the original OS that shipped with the N7 rather than resetting back to whichever version of the OS you had immediately prior to the reset (i.e., 4.4, 4.4.1, 4.4.2)? If that is the case then it must store that OS in some protected part of memory.

Factory reset just wipes the data partition. It does not touch any part of the system where the ROM is stored. It cannot change android versions.
