Help 4 circles 4.4 animation going on forever

I have a nexus 7 (2012) which is rooted. I tried updating to 4.4 but when I tried to boot it up after I installed 4.4 the 4 circles animation goes on forever

Have you tried to flash the stock ROM from googles site?

It looks a little complicated, but it's pretty easy. Failing that, there's a bat file included in the image download which does everything for you.

If that doesn't work, either of the nexus toolkits will do it.
