I emailed verizon, stating my displeasure for my bb storm 1.
And my new every 2 was up in 3 months.
The first two emails told me to contact blackberry and see if they could 'fix' my storm.
an email later and i have been told that i qualify for the incredible now, and that i should be able to pre order it asap.
