Root 4 G switch on MIUI

OK so I just got the new MIUI update, it's pretty sweet. I like it much better than CM7, anyways I can't seem to find the 4G switch on it. it's normally under settings but it's not there and its not under toggles either.. any help?

no 4G for Miui bkuz the Chinese don't have 4G
