4g came a day early!

I live in Providence (RI) and decided today to switch to 4g mobile network mode... Not really sure why... Just to see if they were testing the connection at all today... To my surprise, I am actually getting a 4g signal! Yay!

Update... 4g signal in Providence? Piss poor at best... North Providence (separate town 3 miles down the road) Excellent. Way to go vzw... You ****ing idiots.
 
lol. I get the same as you I guess, I live on the outskirts of town, my speeds with the Speedtest app are worse on 4G than on 3G (beside upload), when I go 5 miles into town I get real 4G speeds.

I guess there is a cutoff somewhere.
 
I have 4G available in my city as well, just waiting for the galaxy nexus/nexus prime to launch so I can upgrade and enjoy it. Too bad the service/coverage for you isn't that good. :(
