Help 4g data is on but only green arrow.

Hello, i bought my droid Charge around a month ago, and i have a issue with the the data signal. i live in a 4g area with a constant 2 sometimes 3 bars, and it runs really fast when it works. every 10 minutes to 2 hours (randomly) my 4g stops recieving data and only the green arrow will show, and all my internet activity will come to a stop. it will start recieving automagically after waiting 5 mins, but its impossible to play games while this is going on.after i reset the data it sometimes works but not always. If anyone knows a solution can you please inform me what to do. Thank you.
