Help 4G Disconnected Message

I can't make a 4G connection and I've tried in Baltimore, Saint Louis and Detroit. The 4G icon comes up and flashes the yellow radio waves and then, "4G disconnected," shows up on the top status line. It tries to connect again and the same occurs then the phone gives up on 4G.

Anyone else have this problem?

I love the screen and form factor by so far this phone sucks hard.

Did you get your issue resolved?

Rather surprised you couldn't connect in Baltimore... it was their 4g testbed city...
