Help 4G in philly

Anybody else having a problem or has my indulge finally crapped out? Mobile network type says LTE

Had the indulge before, could barely ever get 4G in Philly, it's got to be the Indulge tho, I upgraded to the LG Motion after my indulge got stolen & I get 4G pretty much everywhere now.
