4G in Richmond,VA!!!

I'm kind of jealous. I've found no trace of 4G here in Northern Virginia.

Wonder how long it'll take Sprint to get those towers up...

You can find 4G in Arlington / Alexandria. There is also full coverage in Fairfax Corner, 2 bars in Sterling and Leesburg, 1 bar in Herndon and Reston.

I got 6Mb down in Fairfax Corner!

Yeah, Richmond is an old Clearwire network area so they were def going to get Wimax. I remember eieieo (if that's how you say his name) saying that. I get 4G signals in DC, got it in Columbia Heights after turning on my phone. (North west DC)

Must be nice! Nothing in Norfolk and my 3G is slow as hell! Getting 500k down on a good day.

I'm in Norfolk as well and my 3G speeds are pretty decent, though I really only surf the web or stream music.

According to speed test, I'm getting 1.07 D/L with Ashburn as my chosen VA server.

I intend to send a e-mail to Sprint asking, probably will have to send several

I checked the map and 4G is pretty much all over Richmond.

There is 4G in Vienna, VA. I have tested it along Gallows Road and it comes in and out. Granted it is not as consistent as other parts of NoVA or DC/MD but it is there.

I have Verizon 4G hear in Manassass. I did a speed test yesterday on my Samsung charge. It showed a download speed of 8.54 Mb/sec and an upload speed of 3.63 Mb/sec. This was way faster than the speed test on my friends incredible 2 (a Verizon 3G phone). With the same speed test his phone showed 1.8 Mb/sec download and 1.1 Mb/sec upload speed.
