4g Insanity - Samsung Galaxy S2 SPH-D710 - Hello all

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S2 SPH-D710; Android 4.1.2; Software GB28

I found no help from Virgin Mobile, as I tried to fix a bug in my device.

Problem: 4g does not connect. 3g is unusable since, 4g auto-connects, though 4g was powered off. Results: No internet and no MMS.

Virgin Mobile service provided: Updated PRL, Profile, Samsung Software, Firmware; Removed battery for one minute; Replacement phone sent twice. Virgin says "There are no towers out in your area."

I think the radio is faulty.
