Help 4g lte issues

I have new cspire galaxy s3 as insurance replacement for first one that I broke screen on. New one wont connect to 4g I have been on with tech support and nobody has any idea how to to fix it. I was hoping maybe someone has some ideas or I can root and fix if not I have to go phoneless for ten days while the insurance co evauluates and decides to replace
