Help 4g not working after zve

i cant use my 4g it just go to 3g and sometimes i cant even get that i get 1x instead i read forums and people says to use any cut but its not in the play store anymore so can some one please help me oh also i factory reset my phone twice still no help
 
I have the same exact problem after I upgraded the software from MS910ZVD to MS910ZVD. I use to loose 4G to 1x at times. Now it just goes to 3G. I've contacted MetroPCS twice and they weren't able to help. The last time, the rep. stated he'd elevate my problem to their engineers and they'll look at it within 5 days. I'm not holding my breathe on that one.

I'm tempted to reset the phone and go back to MS910ZVD to see if that helps. The upgrade was to improve things but instead it made it worse.
 
dial *228, then 5. update data roaming. what happen is prl not sticking apropriately . so have to keep doing it when you lose 4g
 
I have done the *228 at least dozen times. Unfortunately it works for short time but then gos 3g.

The only way to get it back for few minutes is restart phone. The speeds are not even 1mbps then gos 3g.

I have always had strong 4g signal untill now with ZVE

Whats up with this?
 
Wow i have been saying its a lot going on with the zve . But i don't think you guys are hearing the words that are coming out my mouth. It is the zve that is messing up but also been told hold on til november cause they are working on it . Its the bullshit app called wap .this apk isn't needed and it is needed so half and half . But til november to fix . This is dumb and as i said they are doing this to get u to get another device . That's all .

Mine wouldn't boot past the LG logo and metro tried to blame LG when they didn't know about the merger but long story short metro sending a replacement for s&h cost only.


30Aug13 Update:
I got the phone but same crap. 1st time picking up phone after entering whatever into comp they gave me my receipt and said thank you, I left. At my truck I tried to boot it, nada. Pluged it in to my ac converter and can't go past battery charge. I told the clerk I paid for a working phone and not leaving w/o one. Nosepicker #1 said it maybe my battery. They don't go out instantly and when plugged in they at least boot until unplugged worst case. I've had a couple do that. Mgr. is on a conf call for 30-90 min so I talked to the guard and to get rid of me he got the mgr. and he said they don't have a real tech in house that's why he auth. a replacement. Ok I can go with it. My wife's been hinting for a new phone. If I could put ics/in I'd swap her mine. I guess I'll sell or trade it for a tab/notebook, maybe?
