Help 4G problem on Maxx?

Yesterday traveled away from area that I live which has a good 4G signal to an area that doesn't and turned off 4g search. When i returned last night I turned my 4g back on but have not been able to get 4g reception since. I live in Oakland CA. Any thoughts?
 
There will be an update to remedy the situation soon.....
If u havent already done so and you probably have just try restarting your phone
 
Still no 4g reception. Spoke to Verizon last night and they couldn't help. Could it be a SIM isssue? Should I bring into store and exchange? Anybody?
 
Is there anybody from the San Francisco/Bay Area who can confirm that they are receiving 4G service? Just want to make sure it's not an area problem.
 
Well brought it in to the Verizon store and after some testing turned out to be the phone. Gave me a new one and I'm back in biz. BTW if anyone in the Bay Area are looking for a Maxx they got them at the Davis St. Store in San Leandro.

And they have a particular one that won't get 4G ;)
