Help 4G-Problems in Rochester NY

I am having problems with the 4 g going in and out for the last 2 days. I have been in the east side and then in the west side of the city. Looks like it is a citywide problem.

We need to know if this is a countrywide problem.

When i called the rep said something like that and acted like it was a local problem and should be working soon.

it still isn't working
