Has anyone experienced any 4g problems around the Miami area?
Cause just recently early this morning my 4g was cut off and now all i see is 1x (green bars) and then nothing with white bars.

Does anyone know how to fix this:
I tried to RL update (*228)
and calling them but nothing so far.
 
put your phone on airplane mode & when u take it off it should reconnect to 4g...if that doesn't work, put you phone on airplane mode, turn your phone off, turn it on & call your voice mail. It should work then
 
Also there might be an outage in your area, might want to give 611 option 0 tospeak with a live person or send them a message on facebook, and also look at other post on facebook and see if peoples in your area are same the same issues.

so far my 4g has been fine here, Yesterday my phone did go to 1x for about 5 min though.

It depends on the area you are in.
 
hey guys im in Southern Cali. and two days ago i exchanged my esteem from corporate store cz my previous esteem got stuck during updating. And also they updated my new esteem with the latest firmware. But now i see the download speed on my new phone with a 4g connection is very less than the previous one. With previous one i had like 1.5-2 mbps down and 3-4 up but with this new esteem i have like 500-1000 kbps down and 4-6 mbps up.. Can anyone please suggest that is it the phone or the network.??
