Hi...i wanna ask if i buy the Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Unlocked Phone (International Version), how can i get a 4g network in US?? can i get a 4g sim card from at&t?

As far as I know, the two cannot be interchanged. In fact, Samsung had to use a different processor in the AT&T version so it could run on their LTE network. It's similar with a lot of phones (different versions of the HTC One X is another example).
You should have access to their HSPA+ network, but I'm not positive about that.
