Help 4G will ot connect if Fast Boot Enabled

I have tested this over the last two weeks and I am convinced 4G will not connect when I turn my phone on with fast boot enabled. I have played with the setting and at best 4G will connect 30% of the time when coming out of hibernation. I always get 1X, so I always have to do a battery pull to get 4G back. If I disable Fast Boot 4G comes up 99% of the time. Anyone else experience this?

have u looked in to see if ur area supports 4g? i have fast boot enabled and I constantly get a 4g signal.

Yes 4G is avaliable, I am in the NY Metro area, I get coverage almost everywhere I go with 4G. It only seems to happen when I take my phone out of hibernate (Fast boot). When I do a full power on it's fine.
