Root 5.9.905 Question

I've never rooted a phone but want to know can I still use motofail to root on this system version??
Also, has anyone ever bricked their phone from using motofail?

yes you can use motofail on 5.9.905. I have not heard of anyone bricking their phone using motofail. Some of the old school root methods have bricked phones but that was usually because of user error.
