5 Digit Processes - Possible Malware?

The battery life on my phone has been dropping for a while, and I narrowed it down to wifi draining it while turned on so I've been using it sparingly for about a month now. I noticed that the settings -> battery screen was still showing the wifi as active, even after turning it off, and the only way to completely disable it was to reboot the phone, which is annoying.
Just this morning I opened the Data Usage settings screen and it showed these processes with 5-digit names on the wifi tab - 10196, 10193, 10181, etc. There's 13 in all at the moment using between 6kb and 2.11GB (seriously) data over the last month
A quick google search shows these results with what appears to be same issue, but unfortunately not how to solve it

I've installed MalwareBytes, and Kaspersky, they recommended to remove an app called "Personal Notes", but the processes are still getting spawned

Can anyone help?
