$50 Droid

I went to the Verizon store today, and they gave me a price of $149. Nobody knows why, except that I have not upgraded in 5 years so may have had a surplus of new every 2 credits. Anyway, after the $100 mail-in rebate, I got mine for $50. Not bragging, just a heads-up for anyone who might qualify. If you don't know, you don't ask.

You can only have 1 NE2 credit at a time. If you haven't upgraded in 5 years you may still have had an original $100 NE2 credit available to get the phone down to $100, but the last $50 I can't explain.

sure you didn't get the HTC droid eris... that would be $50 if you had a $100 ne2...
