I know these are android forums but i figured id ask anyways.

I have a samsung captivate (galaxy s) on the plan.

It does not get internet because thats extra for smartphones. Well, if i had a non smartphone, i would have the free internet included.

What can i do? Anything? There has to be a way around this.

Any advice?

Unfortunately, no known work around exists, at least not for the Samsung Captivate which is an AT&T branded smartphone. If you get a non-AT&T branded smartphone, you might have better luck.
