55 4G unlitimed plan question

So, has anyone else hit the invisible cap on the $55 promotional plan as well?
They cut my speeds to .1mbps.
I cannot get anyone to respond as to why they slowed the speeds on the unlimited, no throttling plan.

That refers to the 4G speeds, and the new plan isn't on there.

All phone network speeds are reduced on the phone. 3G, Evo, 1x...

The 1 for $70 is the same as the 1 for $55 it just doesnt have rhapsody & VOD

I tried on 4G and it's been a no go. The myMetro app wont even load my account info, so I think whatever the problem is related to both apps not functioning.

How many GB have you approximately used for them to throttle you?

It is a lot, but it is from watching Netflix every night with my family. The reception in this area is nil, so we only watch Netflix.

After getting the new unlimited plan, we figured that we wouldn't have a problem with it.

Online where it shows the data usage, it stated that w only used 60%

Wow! Is that 60 GB from phone data only or a combo of both phone and tethering?

Believe it or not, that is just from Netflix, normal usage, and backing up the pictures on the cloud (once).
