Well on november 30th Verizon sent me a droid 2 to replace my droid eris. It is a great phone, until both keyboards started malfunctioning. Verizon said its a software issue. I said ok and they sent me out a certified like new replacement. When I opened the box and took the phone out I noticed there was a chip in the phone next to the headphone jack. Called Verizon and im onto phone #3. That phone the slideout keyboard wouldn't slide back in! Called Verizon and onto phone #4. Just received that phone today (friday). The phone feels extremely loose, it wont lock into either the open or closed position, and the slide slides crooked. I again called Verizon and of course they apologized for any inconvenience and they are sending me out #5.
Anyone else have problems like this other than the guy going on ten phones? Is this typical?
