[galaxy note 4 help please]

I had an update yesterday morning and I'm now on 6.0.1 well I've had nothing but problems ever since. My phone is slow and laggy at times, some times it freezes, sometimes it resets(which it has done several times today) I'm not sure what to do. I've cleared the cache, I've turned it off and left it for a few I've turned it off and popped out the battery and left it for a few. It's not one specific app that it does it on either. Just whenever

Yes, plus it's not always in an app when it will automatically power off and back on. It will lag in the app menu at times too

Sounds like a bad installation. You may want to reformat and redownload the apps. Just backup app data.

How do you do that? Does Android have a way like ios where it puts it back exactly like it was?

You don't want to use an update that puts it back exactly the way it was. That would just bring back the problems. Use the apps' own backup provisions. They usually sync to a cloud. Ir use an app like Helium, but backup data lang.
