No, but make sure you undo any changes ike frozen apps etc. If you want to keep root, also make sure to use OTA Rootkeeper to save root before updating so you can restore it afterwards.

Anyone updating to the newer .174 leak be aware that it may take you off the upgrade path for future updates. The only way back right now is via fastboot. If you aren't comfortable with fastboot I would not recommend updating to the newest leak.

Question for whoever knows. I currently have the leaked .173 version. I know how to install the previous version. My question though is will I have to install the previous version to than be able to get ice cream sandwich when it eventually becomes available or will i still be in the path with out going back a step?

The leaked 173 is the same as the one that just got announced. You are still on the upgrade path.

174 though... Who knows yet!
